Homework

Homework assignments are copied daily (after math). Students have been provided assignment pads; ask your child about his. Language arts homework generally consists of a spelling/vocab assignment on both Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday night is dedicated to studying for Thursday's spelling/vocab test. Students read 20 minutes/night Monday - Thursday and once over the weekend. Students come to every class prepared to write/talk about what they've read. Math homework (most nights) is a "Study Link" to reinforce the day's lesson. Math "Family Letters" (concepts & vocab) can be found below under "Links>>>Math."
