Third Grade

 This month, we are reading a modified version of Rainbow Fish, by Marcus Pfisterer. Students will be dramatizing the story. We will also be studying the location and some of the characteristics of tropical reefs in Central América. Our reef bulletin board project is coming soon!

Fourth Grade

Fourth grade students have been learning about Panamá, and theyhave enjoyed seeing its cloth pictures called molas. They have been busy creating their own dialogues in which they buy a pet. Shortly we will be learning more about the indians that make the molas, and we will be learning about Panamá's rainforest

Fifth Grade

Fifth grade is off to a great start!. We have completed our calendars and our unit on Max y los Maximonstruos. This month we are working on writing descriptive sentences. Students will be going to the Learning Habitat and will begin our unit on biographies shortly.
