We are reflecting on what we have learned this year in reading:
- review reading strategies
- review making connections
- review favorite books of the year
- review how to ask questions and have good book talks
Then we are making goals for future reading:
- go to the library or book store to find books
- read before bed
- read when you wake up
- read when you have nothing else to do
- challenge yourself with a harder book
- read on vacation
- start or join a reading club

- Check your child's folder every night for notes and homework.
- Remember to read with your child each night and fill in the star paper!
- Label all of your child's clothing
- The school year is coming to a close - check the Lost and Found for missing items.
