Things to do at home

- As we are beginning to read longer and harder books, our focus this month will be on strenghtening comprehension skills.
- We will be:
- making making images as we read
- inferring from the text
- making connections
- having book talks
- reviewing character actions, settings, and tone of stories.

- Check your child's folder every night for notes and homework.
- Remember to read with your child each night and fill in the star paper!
- Label all of your child's clothing
- hand in your Zoo permission slips and money
- Passport projects due May 14th
